CD (Capacitor Discharge) weld pins is one kinds of welding nails used for thermal insulation of a boiler in a power plant, which is used to fix the thermal insulation material. The nail is welded to the surface of the boiler in the power plant through a capacitive discharge welder, the thermal insulation material is installed on the welded nail, the thermal insulation material is fixed with self locking washers , and finally bent to cut off the excess nail tip, or locked on the top with a general cap to achieve protective effect.

Material treatment : Mild steel and stainless steel in common
Diameter of the CD weld pins: 3.0mm in common , and other diameter is also ok for large order .
Length of the CD weld pins : 40mm, 50mm,65mm,70mm,75mm,90mm,110mm ,140mm in common , customized length is also ok.
Surface treatment : copper plated , zinc coated for MS material, polished for stainless steel material
